Dale had his first taste of dirt track racing in the 1960's and has always
wanted to go back to that style of racing. The closest thing to those cars today
is Dwarf cars. Yours truly is Dale's cousin and he found out that I had been
involved with these cars for a few years and it wasn't long until he found a car
and with a little work he is fulfilling his passion. My Dad LeRoy (Chef)
Bachtell was our childhood hero in the racing world. Local racing stars were
either at our house or our restaurant all the time and Dale and I were on cloud
9 being around the racers all the time.Dale wants to thank his sponsors and
especially his wife Tammy and his son Dylan.
Brewer takes feature on second night of action at Creek County Speedway
On a tacky but very rough track Kevin Brewer in the #10 coupe laid back and
waited until lap 11 of the 15 lap feature to scoot down low to go from third to
first and went on for the win. Dale Bagby in the #14 Chevy pickup started on the
pole and led the first 10 laps. Several cautions and two flips later were too
much for Bagby to keep them at bay. Congratulations to Brewer for the win and
Mike Evans #30 for the trophy dash win and to Bagby for his best run in his
short career.
